• The app does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition.
• The information provided is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

II. Assumption of Risk

By using the app, you acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury.

• You agree to use the app at your own own risk and assume full responsibility for your physical health and safety.
• Gymology is not responsible for any injuries or health problems you may experience as a result of using the Service.

III. Subscriptions and Payments

Gymology Pro features and subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store and integrated via RevenueCat.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play Store account settings.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled according to Google Play Store policies and are not directly managed by Gymology.

IV. User Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All user data is handled strictly according to our Privacy Policy.

While Gymology operates with an offline-first approach, a user account (via Google Sign-In) is required to enable cloud synchronization with our secure PocketBase servers, ensuring your data is backed up across devices.

V. Limitation of Liability

This limitation applies to all content, including AI-generated workouts and nutritional data, which should always be verified for safety and accuracy.

VI. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for use of the app for illegal purposes.
